about

100% of your purchase of this EP goes directly to "Soul Food" a project which facilitates the expansion of social welfare in the sacred regions of India such as Vrindavan and Navadwip.

This song is based on a verse from Sri Svetasvatara Upanishad that has long mesmerized me. It serves as a reminder that the natural birthright of all living entities is to exist in pure bliss. . The realm of such nectar is what Srila Sridhara Maharaja would often call, " the plane of service." At present-- we are sinking in the ocean of innumerable kinds of suffering. But there is an ocean much deeper than our deepest pain-- one that is entirely comprised of divine love. We were to taste such love; and to never be satisfied with anything else.

"And at last I find that I am captivated. My entire being, within and without has been captured by a particular sweet force. I can't help but being prey to such a sweet power. i can't give any proper description of this. Again and again tasting nectar the soul dives and surfaces in the ever increasing ocean of ecstatic joy."
- Srila Sridhar Goswami Maharaj.

lyrics

Sons of nectar please listen to me
You were born in nectar
You were born to be free
You were born in nectar
You were born to taste nectar
You were born in this nectarean sea

But the sea is too deep for me
The sea is too deep for me

Radhe
Radhe

Separation, is it bliss?
I don't know, I don't want to know
